BENEMES Nigeria Limited operates out of Ada House, 34 Nta Road, Choba Ozouba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, the same address on file with the Federal Government for the company's patent grant. The certificate was sealed on 20th September 2019, formally recognising the Air Pollution Strainers (APS) as an original invention under CAP 344 of the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 1990.

That protection matters in practice: for the twenty-year term of the patent, BENEMES holds the sole right to make, use, and commercialise the APS invention in Nigeria. It is the legal foundation the company builds its engineering and environmental work on.
